South Yorkshire Probation Area has adopted the Information Commissioner's model publication scheme under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) . The scheme has been approved by the Information Commissioner as a model scheme for use by any public authority.

Current written protocols for delivering our functions and responsibilities.

Charges for the information
Information on this website may be downloaded free of charge. If you request information which is not available on this website we may make a charge for photocopying (at a rate of 10p per page) and postage, where this amounts to more than £30.
